Our story
We are Travis Fell and Marcie Hassinger. We met in culinary school at JCCC where we graduated from the Culinary Arts Program and the Food and Beverage Management Program, in 2008.
In 2009 we welcomed our daughter Kendahl into the world. Since then, we have always been on the go. Having catering events on the side plus our full-time jobs and Kendahl very active in Taekwondo since 2014, our dream of owning a venue and a catering company just seem to hang in the background waiting to come true. In September of 2021 a friend asked us to cater their wedding, our largest event to date and the number of people that wanted our information was enough for us to realize that our dream could become a reality. In May of 2022 the dream came true. Becoming the new owners of The W Banquet Hall
In July of 2022 we purchased a food truck and started equipping it to further our catering business.
Our ingredients
We are passionate about what we do and the products that we serve. We use fresh ingredients in everything that we do. We also work with local vendors in the area when purchasing ingredients.
